ABOUT RAWSESSION

A RAWsession is always one take of a song, straight through, no auto-tune. Raw, pure, and uncut. What you see is what you hear.

RAWsession is a small group of friends who are music lovers, musicians, recording engineers, and filmmakers. We started RAWsession because we felt that there was a departure from raw, true, organic music in the main stream and we wanted to help bring it back to the people who care.

At RAWsession we challenge all of our artists to strip down their musical performances to the most minimal acoustic arrangements they can. This approach provides viewers and new fans with an entertaining and true representation of each artist's raw talent.

Part of our mission at RAWsession is to introduce new music and artists to you the viewer. We want to do all we can to assist in developing these new artists and help them realize their potential as truly amazing musicians. Weve coined this term, Artist Realization.

In addition, we are working on teaming with celebrity artists to give them the opportunity to perform songs that they would normally never get the chance to perform, and that you would normally never get the chance to see.
